Its mobile app, previously only accessible to those holding weight accumulation accounts (iiplanGold®, iiplanRentier®, and iiplanMax®), is now available to its entire customer base. This move opens up new ways to manage precious metal investments while also strengthening the security of customers and their investments.

The IBIS InGold mobile app is designed for both individuals and companies, particularly for managers of corporate gold accounts. The first step for customers to gain access to the app is to verify their phone number.
The app gives users a complete overview of their investments, including the balance of gold accounts, the funds invested, transfers made under their various contracts, and purchases of investment precious metals, along with detailed transaction information. It allows them to manage purchases and savings swiftly, securely, any time, and from anywhere.
In addition to investment overviews, customers will also have access to all contract documentation, receipts and notifications related to individual transactions, and account movements in the app.
Holders of weight accumulation accounts who use iiplanGold®, iiplanRentier®, or iiplanMax® can authorise account payouts and gold transfers via the app. They can also make contactless gold payments through the unique InGold PAY® system, turning gold into not just an investment, but also a means of payment.
